Who we are

Genix Vault ("we", "us") runs these early-access pages.

Contact: outgenix.co@gmail.com. You can write to this address about your data or to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

We also count visits to each page. This is a simple total per page and campaign: no cookies and no personal identifiers.

To limit spam we briefly keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. It can't be turned back into your IP address and is deleted automatically within about a day.

• Your email address and the guide you signed up for.
• The campaign details in the link you arrived from (utm_source, utm_campaign, ref), so we can see which posts bring sign-ups.
• Your approximate country, taken from your connection by our hosting provider. We don't store your IP address.
• The date and time you signed up and agreed to this policy.

Why we use it

To email you about the guide you signed up for, including when it launches. We do this because you agreed to it (your consent).

To protect the site from spam and to understand which pages and posts work, we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and improving it.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. Our service providers process it for us: Cloudflare (hosting and database) and the email service we use to send you the guide. If we use spreadsheet or automation tools (for example Zapier or Google Sheets) to manage sign-ups, they process it too.

Some of these providers are outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your sign-up until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to email you about this guide. Page-visit totals contain no personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or contact us using the details above.

If you live in the UK, the EU/EEA or Switzerland you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

These pages set no cookies and load no third-party scripts.

Children

Our guides are written for adults. Please don't sign up if you're under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
